  • In this training, participants learn to perform tasks in the SAP Hybris Commerce Cockpits with standard functionality. The course consists of demonstrations and hands-on exercises that will help your team improve their skills and ability to navigate the UIs.
  • Students will receive Quick Reference Sheets on important standard business functionality, tasks and terminology at the end of the course.
  • This training is based and delivered on the standard Commerce Accelerator.
  • This course is offered both as customer-specific and public training.

Goals

  • This end-user training will enable your team to perform tasks in SAP Hybris backoffice applications with standard functionality: from creating new products, editing product attributes, creating new website pages to managing search and facets, creating promotions, coupons and personalized views for customer segments. Customer service workflows will also be discussed.
  • The course focuses on interactivity and hands-on exercises. Participants will have access to a vanilla hybris system (local installation or cloud access).
